Principals

With entrepreneurial spirit, founder Marvin Weissberg drew on courage and imagination to align lenders, retailers, expert teams, and localities to see beyond their boundaries. He developed office buildings, shopping centers, apartment houses, hotels, and mixed-use in the pre-beltway DC metropolitan area while mentoring a generation of real estate professionals.

Continuing the vision and reputation, Nina Weissberg oversees the company's assets and growth. Ms. Weissberg joined WIC in 1994, became President in 2006, and CEO in 2016.
